To coordinate with local governments in implementing epidemic prevention and control policies such as reducing the movement of people, reducing travel risks and reducing the number of people gathering, railway authorities have adopted the "one map per day" policy to dynamically adjust train operation plans, focusing on medium and high-risk areas, and introduced measures to refund passenger train tickets for free.
Stations around the country will strengthen ventilation, disinfection, cleaning, health tips and other work, and guide passengers to wear masks and keep a safe distance. Scientific and standardized disinfection of key parts of the vehicle, passenger temperature measurement and comprehensive preventive disinfection for trains passing through medium and high risk areas, to ensure the safety of passengers.
Harbin Railway vigorously promotes contact-free service, increases the number of self-service equipment in stations, optimizes the layout of self-service equipment, guides passengers to use self-service, and implements contact-free services such as electronic ticket, Internet meal ordering, disinfection and temperature measuring robot. At present, 18 stations along the high-speed railway in the province are equipped with more than 40 intelligent disinfection robots, which can measure the temperature of passengers in real time and prompt them to wear masks correctly. Besides, manual and intelligent methods are adopted to start the disinfection and spray operations in areas such as waiting for trains, ticketing, security check and ticket checking, in an effort to create a safe travel environment for passengers.
Adhering to the principle of "joint prevention and control", strengthening the management of working places, equipment, facilities and staff at ports such as Manzhouli and Suifenhe, and cooperating with local epidemic prevention departments to carry out sample testing and preventive disinfection of goods at ports. Passengers with fever will be quarantined and disinfected in a timely manner and handed over to local quarantine authorities.
