According to statistics, the national average of about 2,000 electric bicycle fires each year, with nearly half of the accidents occurring in the summer.

 

Therefore, it is very important for the detection of thermal control and external unstable elements in the process of battery leaving the factory, but this in turn increases the production cost of electric bicycle manufacturers.
