In order to fully promote the high-quality development of high-end equipment industry, Shanghai recently released the "14th Five-year Plan for the development of High-end equipment industry in Shanghai", proposing that by 2025, the city will initially build itself into a high-end equipment innovation growth pole and core technology source with global influence. The industrial scale exceeded 700 billion yuan, and the number of municipal characteristic industrial parks reached more than 20. 100 national and city-level enterprise technology innovation centers have been built, and 300 key equipment and core components have been installed for the first time. The degree of integration of emerging technologies and high-end equipment has been further deepened, and more than 40 municipal intelligent factories with high-end equipment have been built.
In 2020, Shanghai's high-end equipment industry achieved industrial output value of 580 billion yuan, accounting for 15% of the city's total industrial output value.
At present, the scale of Robot industry in Shanghai leads the country. In the first three quarters of this year, the output of industrial robots in Shanghai exceeded 50,000 units, accounting for about a quarter of the national output. The four international robot families -- ABB, Fanuc, Kuka and others continue to expand investment in Shanghai. In the first three quarters of this year, the output value of service robots increased by 80% year-on-year, and the application scenarios of service robots in medical, business, people's livelihood and other fields are constantly being implemented. It is expected that during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, service robots will become partners of "flying into ordinary people's homes".
At the same time, Focusing on civil aviation, aerospace and space information, shipbuilding and ocean engineering and other fields, Shanghai is strengthening key and core technologies and industrialization, leading high-quality industrial development, and actively building a "Shanghai Highland" of major equipment.
