Summary of AGV security faults

1. AGV anti-collision protection failure

When the AGV under normal operation condition, in the direction of the bumper collision cases, the AGV will stop, and a collision bumper displayed on the screen, after the collision objects move, select screen collision "confirm" button in the dialog (if not for other operation, direct press enter button), it will be automatically run again.

Note: When the AGV tracks the light target in the assembly process, the bumper does not work, when the running direction of the bumper collision, AGV only sound signal alarm.

2. Protection failure of AGV collision avoidance scheduling

In the process of system operation, the AGV will console real-time according to the location of the AGV reported the distance between the calculated value of AGV, when the distance between the two running system of AGV is shorter than the safe distance set, AGV in the rear of the console will be automatically suspended direction AGV (suspended), the AGV to suspend operation and continue to maintain communication with the console, The AGV display still shows "Auto Run", and the AGV console shows that the AGV is console pause. When the current vehicle runs beyond the safe distance of two AGVs, the console will automatically notify the suspended AGV to resume operation.

Note: The safety distance of AGV in assembly section is set relatively short. If you want to exit the automatic operation when the console is suspended, you can switch the STATUS switch of the AGV to the waiting state, press the emergency stop button of the AGV, and press the menu on the screen to perform operations.

3. Protection failure of AGV communication interruption

The AGV in normal operation communicates with the console every one second to report its position and status information. If the AGV does not receive any signal from the console within three seconds during automatic operation, the AGV automatically stops and displays "Communication interrupted". The operator must power off and power on the AGV again.

In the process of AGV tracking assembly, if the console does not receive the signal sent by Oukai AGV within 3 seconds, the console will stop the process chain, and press "Confirm" button on the console (directly press Enter when the dialog box is valid) to resume the operation of the production line after troubleshooting (AGV goes online again or cancelling login).

Note: when the AGV is in the process of tracking assembly, it will not stop when the AGV communication is interrupted and continue to track the optical target.

4. AGV assembly distance overload protection failure

When AGV assembly operation in assembly section, set the assembly section for 19 meters in length, when the AGV run on assembly section more than 18 m still not the end of the track, the AGV will sound alarm to remind, and continue to track the target light running, to 19 meters such as still not the end of the track, AGV will automatically stop, and notify the console to stop the operation of the process chain. The operator should assemble the work manually, then bring the AGV back online, eliminate the alarm dialog box at the console, and resume the production line.

5. AGV was installed without light target failure

When the assembled body is in place, the AGV enters the assembly section from Station 2. In the assembly section, THE AGV starts to detect the light target signal. When no light target is detected within a certain distance (the detection distance is set according to the speed of the process chain), the AGV will think that the light target is lost and automatically stop, and inform the console to stop the operation of the process chain. If the assembly vehicle is not equipped with light target, the light target should be installed at the designated position, and the AGV should be manually opened to the no. 4 station line, and the alarm dialog box should be eliminated at the console to resume the operation of the production line. If the light target is damaged or underpowered, the light target should be replaced and restored to operation as described above. If the AGV fails to catch up with the vehicle to be assembled, it should be manually put on line to track the light target and put the AGV back on line after completing the assembly task, and eliminate the alarm dialog box at the console to resume the operation of the production line.

6. AGV optical target loss failure

When AGV starts to track the light target for assembly, if the light target signal is lost, AGV will alarm by sound. If Oukai AGV still does not detect the light target signal 3 seconds after the alarm, AGV will automatically stop and inform the console to stop the operation of the process chain. After completing the assembly task, the AGV should be put online again, and the alarm dialog box should be eliminated at the console to resume the operation of the production line.

7. The distance between front AGV and rear AGV does not meet the requirements

When there are more than two AGVs in the assembly section for assembly operation, and the distance between the two AGVs is shorter than the unsafe distance (minimum collision prevention distance) for some reason, the console will stop the operation of the process chain, at this time, the rear vehicle is still synchronized with the light target. If the car in front stops for some reason, the fault of the car in front should be eliminated first to make the car in front run normally, and then the alarm dialog box should be eliminated at the console to resume the operation of the production line.

8. AGV servo failure

When servo failure occurs during assembly, the AGV will automatically stop and notify the console to stop the process chain. The maintenance personnel should be informed to determine the specific cause of the fault, and then restore the normal operation of the production line after troubleshooting.

Note: servo failure of AGV in other non-assembly sections does not stop the process chain.

9. AGV emergency stop protection

When the AGV is faulty, press the emergency stop switch of the AGV to force the AGV to stop. When the AGV fails to notify the console in the process of tracking assembly, press the emergency stop switch of THE AGV to force the AGV to stop, and press the emergency stop button of the process chain to stop the operation of the process chain. Under normal system conditions, in the assembly process, if the AGV emergency stop is pressed, after the AGV stops, the console will also stop the operation of the process chain. Only after the AGV goes online again or the login is cancelled, the alarm dialog box can be eliminated at the console to resume the operation of the production line.
