This section describes the AGV boot mode
Folding magnet gyro guide
The AGV is equipped with a special magnetic position sensor, and some small magnets are installed on the ground along the running path. The AGV relies on the position sensor to sense the position of the small magnet, and then uses the gyroscope technology to continuously control the running direction of the unmanned vehicle, so as to achieve automatic handling.
Fold electromagnetic induction guide
Electromagnetic induction guidance is generally on the ground, along the pre-set driving path buried wire, when high-frequency current flows through the wire, the wire around the electromagnetic field, AGV are symmetrically installed on the left and right side of two electromagnetic sensors, the intensity difference between the electromagnetic signals they receive can reflect the extent of AGV deviation from the path.
The AGV's automatic control system controls the vehicle's steering according to this deviation, and the continuous dynamic closed-loop control can ensure the AGV's stable automatic tracking of the set path. This electromagnetic induction-guided navigation method is currently used in most commercial AGVS, especially in large and medium-sized AGVS.
Folded laser guidance
This kind of AGV is installed on the rotating laser scanner, running along the path are installed on the walls or the pillar high reflective reflex plate laser positioning marks, AGV relies on lasers, laser scanner and accepts by the positioning marks reflected back to a laser beam, an on-board computer calculation to the vehicle's current location and the direction of the movement, By contrast with the built-in digital map to correct the position, so as to achieve automatic transport.
At present, the application of this kind of AGV is more and more popular. And according to the same guiding principle, if the laser scanner is replaced with an infrared emitter or ultrasonic emitter, the laser-guided AGV can be changed into infrared-guided AGV and ultrasonic-guided AGV.
