Northvolt is a star company in the European power battery industry. Established for 6 years, it has received investment from BMW, Volkswagen, Goldman Sachs, Spotify and other companies, and its clients include Volkswagen, BMW, Volvo and other companies.
It is understood that the global cylindrical battery producers are mainly LG Energy Solution, Samsung SDI and Panasonic. Of the three, Samsung SDI and Northvolt have identical product lines, with significant overlap in enterprise customers.
