1、Before the installation of the robot automation equipment, it should receive training and certification from the manufacturer to understand the relevant expertise of the product to avoid accidents.
2、Before officially operating the handling robot, the operator must conduct preliminary tests on the equipment, such as whether the equipment can operate normally, whether each power line is connected correctly, whether there are any obstacles at the work site, whether there are loose mechanical parts, etc.
3、Check whether the oil tank oil quantity is sufficient, after installation is completed if the lack of oil running will not only cause abnormality or damage to the cylinder, but also may cause the overall failure of the palletiser.
4、When handling, pay attention to the robot's posture to ensure that the robot's center of gravity does not change; use the eyebolts and designated delivery equipment for delivery, move gently and do not let the robot's lower setting surface collide strongly with the ground.
5、Do not use the specified delivery equipment and means other than the method for delivery.
6、When using a forklift, fix the robot in the pallet with a valve, push the fork of the forklift into the pallet, and transport it; the transport process should be run at low speed.
7、Don't lean on the robot body during the transportation operation.
