Pole lug is a raw material for lithium ion polymer battery products. For example, mobile phone batteries, Bluetooth batteries, notebook batteries and so on all need to use the pole ear.
The battery is divided into positive and negative poles, pole ear is from the core will lead to the positive and negative metal conductive body, commonly said that the battery positive and negative poles ear is in charge and discharge of the contact point. The contact point is not the copper strip we see on the outside of the battery, but a connection inside the battery. The anode ear of the battery is divided into three materials, the positive electrode of the battery uses aluminum (Al) material, the negative electrode uses nickel (Ni) material, the negative electrode also has copper nickel plating (Ni - Cu) material, they are made of film and metal strip two parts of composite.
The film is the insulated part of the pole ear. Its function is to prevent short circuit between the metal strip and the aluminum plastic film during battery packaging, and to prevent leakage by heating (about 140℃) and the aluminum plastic film hot melt seal bonding together. A pole lug consists of two pieces of film holding a metal band between them. The film used in the market has three kinds of black glue, white glue and single-layer glue. Commonly used black film is three layers of structure: melanin, melting point 66℃; PE, melting point 105℃; PP, melting point 137℃.
The finished product packaging of pole ear is divided into disc type (the whole metal strip is wound into a plate after being added to the film by the equipment) and plate type (the metal strip is cut into a single after being added to the film, and then placed in rows with two thin transparent plastic sheets sandwiched in the middle).
