Pole lug is a component of flexible package lithium-ion battery products. The battery is divided into positive and negative, pole ear is from the core will lead to the positive and negative metal conductive body, popular said that the battery positive and negative ears are in charge and discharge of the contact point. The positive electrode of the battery is made of aluminum (Al), the negative electrode is made of nickel (Ni), and the negative electrode is also made of copper-plated nickel (Ni-Cu), both of which are composed of film and metal strips.
I. Classification of metal belt material according to pole ear:
1, aluminum (Al) electrode ear: generally used as a positive electrode ear, if the battery for lithium titanate anode, also used as a negative electrode ear.
2, nickel (Ni) pole ear: used as a negative pole ear, mainly used in a digital small battery, such as mobile phone battery, mobile power battery, tablet computer battery, intelligent transfer device battery, etc.
3, copper-plated nickel (Ni-Cu) electrode ear: used as a negative electrode ear, mainly used in power battery and high rate battery.
Ii. Classification according to polar ear glue (domestic market) :
1. Black vinyl pole ear: generally used in low-end digital small batteries.
2, yellow rubber pole ear: generally used in low-end power batteries and high rate batteries.
3, white glue pole ear: generally used in high-end digital battery, power battery, and high rate battery.
Iii. Finished product packaging classification of pole lug:
1, disc pole ear (the whole metal strip is wound into a disc after the film is added by the equipment), used in the automatic production line
2, plate pole ear (metal belt and film after cutting into a single, and then placed in rows with two thin transparent plastic pieces sandwiched in the middle), used for the ordinary production line.
