Q: Where is the MANLY Battery factory located? Can I visit there and how to go?
A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen, China, you can fly to Shenzhen airport directly or fly to Guangzhou/Hongkong, then by highway to Shenzhen and we will pick you up, warm welcome to visit our factory and guide our works.
Q: Can we get some samples for the test first?
A: Of course, we can supply samples, but buyers need to pay for sample costs and shipping costs at the first stage, but we will return or reduce the same amount in your formal order according to our samples policy.
Q: What's the MOQ of your lithium batteries?
A: According to different voltage and capacity, samples 1 ~ 10 pcs is available, for large capacity, no limit, for small capacity, usually more than 20pcs.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: If it has the raw materials in the stock, normal samples need 15 ~20 days, if not, samples need 20~25working days; mass production will be around 10 ~ 15 working days, it depends on the lithium battery is a normal one or a custom one.
Q: What certification does your battery have?
A: Most of our lithium batteries have and can be UL/CE/REACH/RoHS/IEC62133/CB/UN38.3 approved.
Q: How can I pay for my orders of lithium battery products?
