It is reported that on October 29, Yantianhua announced that the company plans to invest in the construction of 500,000 tons/year iron phosphate battery new material precursor and supporting projects in Anning Industrial Park Caopu Chemical Industrial Park in Yunnan Province, the overall estimated investment of 7.286 billion yuan. Among them, 500,000 tons/year battery new material precursors and supporting projects are planned. Among them, it is expected to invest about 2.247 billion yuan to construct 100,000 tons/year iron phosphate project and supporting facilities, including: 100,000 tons/year iron phosphate, 100,000 tons/year wet-process phosphoric acid refining and 200,000 tons/year hydrogen peroxide project; It is estimated to invest about 5.039 billion yuan to construct 2× 200,000 tons/year iron phosphate project and supporting facilities.
The announcement shows that the 100,000-ton/year iron phosphate project and supporting facilities are expected to be completed in June 2022; It plans to invest in a new 2× 200,000 tons iron phosphate project and supporting facilities, which is expected to be completed in December 2023.
