The difference between the highest value and the smallest value of the resistance in the static data of each lithium battery cell in the rechargeable battery control module should be consistent: less than ten meters W, and the square root of error does not exceed ten meters W, which is 5% of the average value of more than ten meters W;
3. The difference between the larger volume and the minimum volume between the cores in the rechargeable battery pack must not exceed the mean value ±1%.
三、 Possession of energy storage technology.
The battery capacity should not be less than 95% of the short-circuit capacity.
四、 Cycle time service life.
The service life of the battery cycle system should be 800~2000 times.
五、 High temperature will accelerate the embrittlement period.
After the battery is charged and discharged in accordance with the regulations, there should be no significant deformation, rust, smoke, or explosion in appearance, and the experiment cycle time shall not be less than 52 times.
六、 Electromagnetic compatibility test.
1. Anti-interference of electrostatic induction charging and discharging. The lithium battery pack should meet the requirements of GB/Level 4, and after the experiment, there should be no significant deformation, liquid leakage, smoke, or explosion in appearance, and it should be able to work normally.
2. The degree of transmission interference. The lithium battery pack should meet the requirements of YD/T983-1998 Class B. After the experiment, there should be no significant deformation, liquid leakage, smoke, explosion, etc., and it should be able to work normally.
3. Limitations on the interference of radiation sources. The lithium battery pack should meet the requirements of YD/T983-1998 Class B. After the experiment, there should be no significant deformation, liquid leakage, smoke, explosion, etc., and it should be able to work normally.
