Manly Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Application-Precautions for Use of Forklift Battery Pack
1) When the voltage at both ends of the battery pack exceeds the human safety voltage of 36V, it is forbidden to directly touch the positive and negative ends of the battery pack.
2) It is strictly forbidden to immerse the battery in seawater or water. When it is not in use, it should be placed in a cool and dry environment.
3) It is forbidden to expose to the sun, rain, or snow.
4) It is forbidden to use and leave the battery next to heat and high-temperature sources, such as fire, heater, etc.
5) T≤0℃ or 60℃<T, charging is not allowed, please charge in an environment above 0℃～45℃;
6) Disable the system in a time when the system alarms, please find out the cause of the alarm and eliminate the fault before using it;
7) Non-professionals do not open the power system;
8) Please do not short-circuit the battery, and avoid placing the battery in a place that is likely to cause a short-circuit;
9) Please keep the battery pack dry, moisture and various liquids may damage the battery pack or management system;
10) Please use the matching charging gun to charge, the unmatched charging equipment may damage the battery pack product.
