A1: We are a factory with 3 production bases which is located in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou in Guangdong province.
Q2: Do you have any MOQ limits?
A2: Yes, we have MOQ for the mass production, it depends on the different battery pack, 1 ~ 10 pcs sample orders is available.
Q3: Can I have a sample order?
A3: Yes, we welcome samples in order to test and check the quality.
Q4: Do you offer OEM or ODM service?
A4: Yes, OEM&ODM are welcome. Please inform us of your OEM requirements and confirm the design, We'll process it accordingly.
Q5: How about the lead time?
A5: Usually, we haven't stable stock in the warehouse. for samples is around 20 ~ 25 working days, for mass production is around 15 ~ 20 working days.
Q6: How do you control your lithium battery product quality?
A6: 100% tested in production,100% inspection, and 3 times complete charge-discharge cycles before shipping, all lithium battery products will go through 15 checks.
