Q: What is your warranty?
A: Almost all our battery pack has 3 years warranty. We assure a cycle life of more than 2000times 80%DOD at 0.2C. That means you can use it for at least 5 years for a normal 1-time charge and discharge every day.
Q: How can you guarantee your quality?
A: Sample order is available,
Firstly, we will send you a sample to confirm everything first, but free samples usually not for you at the beginning, hope you can understand.
Secondly, We will make the mass order exactly the same with the confirmed samples as your request.
Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on your order quantity, normally 20 ~ 25 working days for newly produced samples, 10 ~ 15 working days for mass production.
