Q: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome samples in order to test and check the quality.
Q: How about the lead time?
A: It depends on your order quantity, normally 20 ~ 25 working days for newly produced samples, 10 ~ 15 working days for mass production.
Q: Could you ship the battery safely?
A: Of course, we have some well-cooperated forwarders who have much experience in delivering the battery. Also, the customers can use their own forwarders.
Q: What are the terms of payment?
A: For bulk orders, a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% will be paid before delivery.
