Q: Does your battery pack include BMS? Can we use it for a car?
A: Yes, our battery pack include BMS, you can use it for low-speed car only or aux. power for a standard car. Do not use it for standard cars directly, that will need more complex design BMS for the pack.
Q: Can we get samples for the test?
A: Yes, but free samples are not available at the beginning.
Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory with 3 production bases which is located in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou in Guangdong province.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: If it has in the stock, samples need 3~5 days, if not, samples need 20~25working days; mass production will be around 10 ~ 15 working days, it depends on the battery is a normal one or a custom one.
Q: What's the MOQ limit?
A: There is no MOQ for samples. For bulk order quantity, the more quantity, the cheaper.
