Q1: Is MANLY Battery a factory or trading company?
A1: We are manufacturer, our own factory with automatic equipment, nearly 120,000 square meters, we have more than 12 years' experience in manufacturing batteries and we can assemble the cells and batteries as your designs and requirements.
Q2: Can we put different LiFePO4 battery packs in series by ourselves?
A2: You can have a bigger voltage directly from us. We suggest don't make them in series by yourself if you do not have experience, this will hurt the cycle life of the pack.
Q3: Can we get samples for our test?
A3: Yes, we can supply samples, and buyers need to pay for sample cost and shipping costs first.
Q4: What about the lead time?
A4: New design sample needs 20-25 working days, neutral order mass production time needs 15-20 working days. If OEM orders would be about 20-25 working days.
Q5: Can we visit the MANLY Battery factory?
A5: Warmly welcome. Our factory is located in Shenzhen, very close to Guangzhou or Hongkong.
Q6: How can I pay for the order of lithium battery products?
A6: We accept almost all of the mode payments: Bank of T/T, Western Union, Paypal, or other ways ...
Q7: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A7: Usually DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT for samples. For mass orders, you can choose Sea or Air shipment.
