Q1: Can you provide a sample for the quality test?

A1: Yes, we can provide samples, but the cost at your expense at the beginning, then we will return back to you in the formal orders.

Q2: How long is your lead-time?

A2: New design sample needs 25-30 working days, neutral order mass production time needs 15-20 working days. If OEM orders would be about 20-25days.

Q3: Can you produce according to our samples?

A3: Yes, we can produce by your actual samples or technical drawings and for your quality testing. 

Q4: Do you have any MOQ limits?

A4: Yes, we have MOQ for the mass production, it depends on the different battery pack, 1 ~ 10 pcs sample orders is available. Low MOQ, 1pcs for sample check is available.

Q5: What about the payment?

A5: We accept T/T  for the large quantities order, and Credit Card and E-checking will be accepted for the small quantities order of battery.

Q6: What's your warranty for products?

A6: Generally speaking, it's the three-year warranty, for quality problems, we will replace you with a new one.
