1. The factory's current standard package, the customized print logo shall comply with the buyer's requirements, and the extra charges will be borne by the buyers, for more details, please feel free to contact us.

For sample orders or small battery packs will be shipped by expresses like FedEx, UPS, TNT, or special lines, If the whole parcel is over 100KG, will be shipped by air or by sea, sea shipping is cheaper. Q1: Can I have a sample order?
A1: Yes, we welcome samples in order to test and check the quality.
Q2: Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities
A2: Of course, cheaper price with bulk orders.
Q3: How should I pay?
A3: You can pay via T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal, Western Union, Cash, etc., 100% T/T in advance for samples. For large quantities, 30% T/T in advance as soon as the order is confirmed and the balance before shipping via T/T or L/C, etc. If you prefer other payment terms, please contact us freely.
Q4: Could you ship the battery safely?
A4: Of course, we have some well-cooperated forwarders who have much experience in delivering the battery. It could be shipped by door-to-door express, by air, or by the ocean to the airport and port. Also, the customers can use their own forwarders.
Q5: How long I can get it?
A5: It depends on your order quantity, normally 20 ~ 25 working days for newly produced samples, 10 ~ 15 working days for mass production.
