Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A1: We design and manufacture lithium batteries for different applications with our own factories, we have 3 production bases which are located in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou in Guangdong province, very close to Guangzhou or Hongkong, warm welcome to visit our factory to guide our works.
Q2: Can we get free samples for checking and testing?
A2: Of course, we can provide the samples, but generally speaking, free samples are not available at the beginning.
Q3: What's your production lead time?
A3: For samples, if the BMS has in the stock, it is around 10 ~ 15 working days, if not, it is around 20 ~ 25 working days; For mass production, if the BMS has in the stock, it is around 15 ~ 20 days, if not, it is around 20 ~ 25 days.
Q4: What are the payment terms you accept?
A4: Most of the payments terms like Paypal, Western Union, Bank of T/T are accepted, for bulk orders, 30% deposit bank of T/T, and 70% balance before delivery, and we'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you have the balance paid down.
Q5: What's your after-sale service?
