A: No, the MANLY Lithium Battery is charged about 30% SOC (approx. 13.15 Volts) due to the transportation restrictions! Hope it helps.
Q: What's your warranty for products?
A: Generally speaking, it's three year's warranty, for quality problems, we will send you a new one.
