A: Almost all our battery pack has 3 years warranty. We assure a cycle life of more than 3500times 80%DOD at 0.2C. That means you can use it for at least 5 years for a normal 1-time charge and discharge every day.
Q: What are the terms of payment?
A: For bulk orders, a 50% deposit will be paid first, and the remaining 50% will be paid before delivery.
