Q: Do you have MOQ limit?
A: No limit for the regular battery. Small orders are also welcome. More quantity has a better price, we will check the best price for you. If you need customized batterie, please contact us to get more details.
Q: How do I know whether you've shipped my order or not?
A: Tracking No. will be offered as soon as your order is shipped out. Before that, our sales will be there to check the packing status, and photo you the done order and let you know the forwarder picked it up.
Q: What is your package look like? Can I have the customized package?
A: We have the factory's current standard package, the customized print logo shall comply with the buyer's requirements, and the extra charges will be borne by the buyers, for more details, please contact us.
