Q1: Is the scale of your production?
A1: We have 3 production bases, covering an area of 120 square kilometers, including a cell production industrial park, fully automated production equipment configuration, 12 battery assembly lines, with a daily capacity of 1,200,000 cells and 3,000 battery packs.
Q2: Does MANLY accept sample orders? What's the Minimum Order Quantity?
A2: Trial order or sample order is accepted, but the same cost as bulk.
Q3: How long will be the delivery?
A3: Usually delivery in 15-25 working days, but could be changed according to the quantity or other things.
Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A4: Quality is the priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the start to the end. Our factory has gained CE, FCC, ROHS certification.
Q5: Does it come fully charged?
A5: No, the MANLY Lithium Battery is charged about 30% SOC (approx. 13.15 Volts) due to the transportation restrictions! Hope it helps.
Q6: What are the terms of payment?
A6: For bulk orders, a 50% deposit will be paid first, and the remaining 50% will be paid before delivery.
Q7: How long for the warranty?
A7: Three-year warranty can be assured after delivery, but human-damaged except, for quality problem batteries, we can provide repair or replacement service
