Q1: Where is your factory location? How can I visit there?
A1: Our factory is located in Guangdong province China, very close to HK, you can fly to HK airport or Shenzhen airport/Railway station.
Q2: Can I get a free sample?
A2: Generally we provide the sample but free, but we can return sample cost when the buyer plant a bulk order.
Q3: How long can I expect to get if I place a sample order?
A3: If there has BMS and other materials in the stock, the samples will be ready for delivery in 15 ~ 20 days after we receive the payment.
Q4: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A4: There is no MOQ if in stock. If OEM, which depends on the capacity of the battery.
Q5: Which market have you already exported to?
A5: We already ship to Europe, Asia, Africa, The Middle East, South America, etc.
Q6: How can I pay for the order of lithium battery products?
A6: Paypal, Western Union, Bank of T/T 30% deposit, and 70% before delivery, and we'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q7: How about the MANLY battery's quality&warranty time?
A: All our batteries are 100% production from our own factory, or the cells customers request are all imported from the original factory (Such as LG, SONY, etc.). All lithium battery products are provided with 36 months warranty.
