Q: How about the MANLY battery's quality&warranty time?
A: All our batteries are 100% production from our own factory, and the cells customers request are all import from the original factory (Such as LG, SONY and etc.). The robot battery pack provided 36 months warranty.
Q: What's the MOQ limit?
A: There is no MOQ for samples. For bulk order quantity, the more quantity, the cheaper.
Q: How about the lead time?
A: Usually, we haven't stable stock in the warehouse. for samples is around 20 ~ 25 working days, for mass production is around 15 ~ 20 working days.
Q: How long of the shipping time?
A: It always needs 3-10 days by express such as DHL and UPS, 15-50 days by China Post, 10-30 days by sea.
