Q: What are the terms of payment?
A: For bulk orders, a 50% deposit will be paid first, and the remaining 50% will be paid before delivery.
Q: What's the MOQ of your batteries?
A: According to different voltage and capacity, For a large one, 1 ~ 10 pcs is available.
Q: Can I add or delete quantity from my order if I change my mind?
A: Yes, but you need to tell us ASPS, if your order has been done in our production line, we can not change it, usually 2 days after the order confirming.
Q: When will you ship the order?
A: Normally 15~25 working days after receiving your payments, but it can be negotiated based on order QTY and production schedule.
