1. After appearance check , battery will bewrapped by Insulation film and foamPackage in one solid 5 level cartonbox , added straps.
2. For sample orders or small battery packs, will be shipped by express like FedEx, UPS, TNT, or special lines, If the whole parcel is over 100KG, will be shipped by air or by sea, sea shipping is cheaper. Please kindly you can tell your nearest airport or sea port name for us to check the best option for your delivery.

Q1: Where is your factory located and can we visit the MANLY factory?
A1: Warmly welcome. Our factory is located in Shenzhen, very close to Guangzhou or Hongkong.
Q2: Can we get samples for the test?
A2: Yes, but free samples are not available at the beginning.
Q3: What about the lead time?
A3: If it has in the stock, samples need 3~5 days, if not, samples need 20~25working days; mass production will be around 10 ~ 15 working days, it depends on the battery is a normal one or a custom one.
Q4: Where can I get the price?

Q5: Is your product certification complete?
A5: We have CE/FCC/ROHS/MSDS certificates for regular products, and we can apply for corresponding certificates for custom products according to customers' requirements.
Q6: What are the terms of payment?
A6: For bulk orders, a 50% deposit will be paid first, and the remaining 50% will be paid before delivery.
