4. It is strictly forbidden for users to disassemble the battery by themselves;
5. When the battery is used to the end voltage, it should be removed from the instrument in time;
6. The used batteries should be disposed of in accordance with local environmental protection regulations;

Q1: Are your a factory or trading company?
A1: We are manufacturer, our own factory with automatic equipment and brand. We provide all kinds of OEM/ODM services for clients around the globe!
Q2: Can we put your lithium battery pack in parallel or series by ourselves?
A2: Of course you can, but the batteries should be in the same voltage and capacity, and you should tell us before you place the order, then we will match them during production, before using the battery packs, don't forget to check the voltage of each battery packs.
Q3: Do you have any MOQ limits?
A3: According to the specific voltage and capacity, usually no MOQ limit for the large battery pack, 1 ~10 pcs for sample checking is available.
Q4: What's the lead time of the bulk orders?
A4: Usually 15 ~ 25 working days, the specific lead time depends on the quantity and requirement.
Q5: What if the product is broken?
A5: If any product is broken, please send the picture or video to us, we will study that, and will give you a satisfactory solution.
Q6: What's your payment term?
