Q1: Are you a factory or only a trading company?
A1: We are a factory, a combination of production and sales. We have three factories nearly 120,000 square meters of R&D and production space in China, which provide you with a lower price and a more stable supply.
Q2: Can I get some samples at the first stage?
A2: Of course, sample order is available for quality check and market test. If it a new design sample, after we receive the sample cost, it will be delivered in 20 ~ 25 working days; If it a module in production already, it will be deliverd only around 10 ~ 15 working days
Q3: Can you send the lithium battery products to my office?
A3: Sure, please kindly share your detailed address for checking the freight cost, and if you do not have your own forwarder, we can help you.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: For sample, payment accept Paypal, Western Union, T/T; Mass order by T/T, usually is 30% deposit, and balance before delivery.
Q5: Do you provide after-sales service?
A5: Yes, the warranty is 36 months, if any quality problems on our side in this period, we can send a new one as a replacement in your next new order.
Q6: Can you provide OEM or ODM service?
A6: Yes, OEM ODM are welcome, We can custom lithium battery packs and provide OEM/ODM design for your need and requirements, please kindly tells what you need before production or sample request, such as the voltage, capacity, shape, dimension and applictaions.
