Q: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome samples in order to test and check the quality.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: If it has in the stock, samples need 3~5 days, if not, samples need 20~25working days; mass production will be around 10 ~ 15 working days, it depends on whether the battery is a normal one or a custom one.
Q: Do you have any MOQ limits?
A: Yes, we have MOQ for the mass production, it depends on the different battery pack, 1 ~ 10 pcs sample orders is available. Low MOQ, 1pcs for sample check is available.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: It usually takes 7~10 days, airline, sea shipping, and the special line is also optional.
