GreyOrange, warehouse robotics, and automation company have now expanded its GreyMatter operating system and Ranger MoveSmart robot at the Active Ants e-fulfillment center in Willerbrook, Belgium.
GreyOrange's modern fulfillment solutions are already providing increased value and higher levels of efficiency at the Active Ants fulfillment center in the Netherlands, and will later expand its supply to the Belgian market in preparation for a surge in e-commerce demand during the year-end holiday season. The expansion is the start of a plan to improve efficiency across multiple warehouses in Europe.
Active Ants provides warehousing services to e-commerce companies in Europe, improving the efficiency and accuracy of electronic fulfillment through innovation, automation, and robot deployment. It also stores, packs, and distributes over 5 million annual orders of merchandise for more than 250 retailers.
The GreyMatter operating system and Ranger MoveSmart robots work throughout the fulfillment process from carton assembly and initial product packaging to destination picking, accelerating delivery times and reducing costs.
