1, check the DC bus box components normal no deformation, firm installation no loose phenomenon.
2, check the appearance of DC sink box clean without ash, equipment markings without falling off, equipment markings clear and accurate handwriting.
3、Check that the DC current box locks are intact and well sealed.
4、When the DC current sink box is in normal operation, all fuses are put into operation, the collection board is in normal operation, and all lightning protectors and switches are put into operation.
5、Check each component without overheating, odor, disconnection and other abnormal phenomena, each electrical component in the state of operation requirements.
6、The operation indicator of the power module of the collecting board is on, and there is no abnormality in each component.
7、The lightning protection module has no breakdown phenomenon.
8、No obvious rupture of each branch insurance.
9、Check that the DC switch of the DC sink box is correctly configured, without disconnection, and the protection value is correct.
10、Check the data collector indication is normal and the signal display is consistent with the actual working condition.
11, DC sink box cabinet grounding wire connection is reliable; broken, off in a timely manner to the duty chief report and processing.
12, check the DC sink inlet and outlet cable intact, no discoloration, fall, loose or broken line phenomenon.
Inspection and repair of the sink box precautions.
1, in the maintenance of the sink box a circuit, be sure to first disconnect the circuit breaker, and then open the branch to repair the fuse box, and then close the circuit breaker, and then to repair the sink line. Remember not to disconnect the DC circuit breaker to pull the M4 plug, and not to disconnect the DC circuit breaker directly to open the fuse box, so as not to cause life safety accidents.
2, in the maintenance of the sink box, make a habit of tightening all the screws again, in tightening the screws must pay attention to safety, avoid hand touching the positive and negative terminals at the same time, or touching the positive and PE lines or negative and PE lines at the same time.
