Six technical requirements of the solar street light：

2, lamp pole material using high-quality Q235A steel (steel silicon content is not higher than 0.04%, reference brand Shanghai Baosteel, Masteel, Shougang, etc.) bent into a tapered rod, a molding, lamp pole made of thick 4mm steel plate, lamp pole wall thickness does not include the thickness of the galvanized layer. The main pole is a tapered pole, the diameter of the upper mouth is about 85mm, the diameter of the lower mouth is about 200mm. The pick pole is made of a 60mm diameter steel pipe, with a length of 1.6m for the motorway and 1.2m for the sidewalk, with a wall thickness of 3mm.
3, the surface of the light pole is smooth, there shall be no cracking, leakage welding, continuous porosity, edge biting, inequality. The straight-line error of the centerline of the light pole is not more than 0.02% of the pole length, and the appearance of the pole is free of unevenness and traces, and there are no obvious defects in the appearance of the light pole.
4、The welding method of the light pole is automatic sub-arc welding, ultrasonic flaw detection test, up to welding GBl1345 Ⅱ standard requirements. The light pole socket is fixed with a nail and top wire.
5、Light pole adopts hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment, the zinc layer is not less than 75 microns, the surface has practical smoothness, the color is basically the same, no peeling after hammering test, the galvanizing life is not less than 20 years.
6、Light pole spraying should use high-quality outdoor pure polyester plastic powder, color to be agreed, smooth surface, stable quality of plastic layer, no fading, no peeling, strong adhesion, strong UV resistance, service life should not be less than 20 years, thickness ≥ 80um, in line with ASTMD339-83 standards.
