A, the cleanup of pollutants
General photovoltaic module life span of more than 30 years, regularly clean up the component panel of bird droppings, leaves and other shading, can ensure that the maximum exposure to sunlight electric panels.
If you usually love clean, high requirements for power generation effect, you can also clean the components yourself, but need to pay attention to the following points.
1. Generally choose to clean the modules in the morning or late afternoon. When cleaning, it is forbidden to stand less than 1 meter from the edge of the roof for operation.
2、Before carrying out module cleaning, should examine whether there is any record of abnormal power output in the monitoring records, analyze whether it may cause leakage, and must check whether the connecting wires and related components of the module are broken or adhered, and also need to test the aluminum frame, bracket and tempered glass surface of the module with the test pen before cleaning. To exclude the hidden danger of electricity leakage, to ensure personal safety.
3、The personnel who carry out component cleaning should wear corresponding work clothes and hat to avoid causing scraping and injury to the personnel. Hooks, straps on clothes or tools should be prohibited. Wires and other parts that can easily cause traction.
4、It is strictly forbidden to clean PV modules under the weather conditions of high wind, heavy rain, thunderstorm or heavy snow. Winter cleaning should avoid rinsing, and do not rinse with cold water when the panel is very hot.
5、It is strictly forbidden to use hard and sharp tools or corrosive solvents and alkaline organic solvents to wipe the PV module, and forbid to spray the cleaning water to the module junction box, cable bridge, sink box and other equipment.
In the case of unclear professional cleaning knowledge is not recommended that users clean their own. It is best to ask professional PV cleaning personnel for cleaning and maintenance, in order to better ensure that PV modules are not damaged during the cleaning process.
Second, the maintenance of components and stents
1, photovoltaic module surface should be kept clean, should use dry or damp soft clean cloth wipe photovoltaic modules, strictly prohibited to use corrosive solvents or hard objects wipe photovoltaic modules. Should be in the irradiance below 200W/㎡ clean photovoltaic modules, should not use and components with a large temperature difference of the liquid cleaning components.
2、The charged warning mark on the PV module shall not be lost.
3, photovoltaic modules should be regularly inspected, if the following problems are found should immediately adjust or replace the photovoltaic modules. PV module exists glass crushing, backsheet scorching, obvious color change; PV module exists with the edge of the module or any circuit between the formation of a connecting channel bubble; PV module junction box deformation, distortion, cracking or burned, terminals can not be good contact.
4, the use of metal frame photovoltaic modules, frame and bracket should be well combined, the contact resistance between the two is not more than 4Ω, the frame must be firmly grounded.
5, the use of DC clamp-on ammeter in the basic conditions of the same solar radiation intensity to measure the input current of each PV module string connected to the same DC sink box, the deviation should not exceed 5%.
Third, the maintenance of the sink box
1, DC bus box shall not exist deformation, rust, water leakage, ash phenomenon, the safety warning signs on the outer surface of the box should be intact and undamaged, the waterproof lock on the box should be flexible to open and close.
2, DC bus box each terminal should not appear loose, rust phenomenon.
3, DC bus box in the high-voltage DC fuse specifications should be in line with the design provisions.
4、The insulation resistance of the positive pole to ground and negative pole to ground of the DC output bus should be greater than 2 megohms.
5, DC output bus end equipped with DC circuit breakers, its breaking function should be flexible and reliable.
6、The lightning protector in the DC busbar should be effective.
IV. Maintenance of inverter
1、Inverter structure and electrical connection should be kept intact, there should be no rust, dust accumulation and other phenomena, the heat dissipation environment should be good, there should be no large vibration and abnormal noise when the inverter is running.
2、The warning signs on the inverter should be complete and free from damage.
3、The cooling fan of the module, reactor and transformer in the inverter should start and stop by itself according to the temperature, and there should be no large vibration and abnormal noise when the cooling fan is running.
4、 Periodically disconnect the AC output side (network side) circuit breaker once, the inverter should stop feeding power to the grid immediately.
5、The DC bus capacitor in the inverter should be replaced in time if the temperature is too high or exceeds its service life.
V. Cable maintenance
1, the cable in and out of the equipment parts should be well blocked, there should be no holes larger than 10mm in diameter, otherwise the fire plugging mud wall blocking.
2, cable protection steel pipe mouth should not have perforations, cracks and significant unevenness, the inner wall should be smooth, metal cable tube should not be seriously rusted, there should be no burrs, hard objects, garbage, such as burrs, file light after wrapping with a cable jacket and tie.
3, direct buried cable lines along the stakes should be intact, no excavation on the ground near the path, to ensure that no piles of heavy objects, building materials and temporary facilities along the path on the ground, no corrosive substances discharged, to ensure that the outdoor exposed ground cable protection facilities intact.
4、Ensure that the cover of the cable trench or cable well is intact, there should be no water or debris in the trench, ensure that the bracket in the trench should be solid, there is no rust, loose phenomenon, armored cable outer skin and armor should not be seriously rusted.
5, multiple cables laid in parallel, should check the current distribution and the temperature of the outer skin of the cable to prevent the cable from burning out the connection point due to poor contact.
Six, the maintenance of extreme weather
1, such as encountering rain tripping, it is possible that the terminal is not tight, such as such cases, must be dealt with after the rain, available insulation tape wrapped around the terminal, and then observe whether the trip, such as continued tripping phenomenon, should be reported to the maintenance center or the local electric station.
2, thunderstorm days, the air switch below the meter should be closed to prevent damage to electrical equipment. After the thunderstorm, then close the switch.
