British energy storage and electric vehicle technology provider Zenobē Energy recently said that it has begun to deploy a 300MW/600MWH battery energy storage project in Blackshikk in Scotland.
The company said that the battery energy storage project will be deployed between Aberdeen and Infenes, which will be the first energy storage project to provide power services to the power network through transmission lines through transmission lines. This is a key milestone planned by the company's plan to deploy the 1GW battery energy storage system in Scotland.
Once it is fully put into use, the final scale of the battery energy storage project will reach 300MW/600MWH, the first stage will be developed by 200MW/400MWh, and will be put into use in the summer of 2024. The second stage will be developed by 100MW/200MWH. Institute annually.
After operation, the battery energy storage project will further alleviate the intermittentity of renewable energy power generation and will store the power of the maritime wind farm operated local operations.
Veylan, H & MV, SMA Solar Technology Ag and Ge Grid Solutions are selected as the main supplier of the project.
