1, the reason for the current. Circuit breaker selection is too small, or the quality is not up to par.
Judgment basis: usually do not trip, only when the weather is very good, the PV system power is very large to trip.
Solution: replace the power of the circuit breaker or a reliable quality circuit breaker.
2, voltage reasons. Breaker phase voltage is too high, when the power of the PV system is greater than the load power, the inverter to increase the voltage to send power out.
Judgment basis: use a multimeter to measure the break voltage, more than the rated voltage of the circuit breaker.
Solution: Replace the cable with a larger wire diameter to reduce the line impedance.
3, temperature reasons. Breaker temperature is too high, poor contact between the circuit breaker and the cable, or the circuit breaker itself has poor contact and high internal resistance, resulting in higher circuit breaker temperature.
Judgment basis: circuit breaker action, touch with your hand, feel the temperature is high.
Solution: re-wire, or replace the circuit breaker.
4, line or other electrical failure, other power equipment leakage, line leakage, such as the failure of the lightning arrester resulting in a phase short circuit, inverter failure resulting in excessive harmonic current.
Judgment basis: phase line between, phase line and ground line between the insulation resistance is low.
Solution: detect and replace faulty equipment and wires
