1. Prevent excessive discharge;
It is forbidden to charge when the Undervoltage protection circuit is used frequently. The concept of completely discharging the electricity and then recharging is incorrect. The greater the depth of discharge, the more times the electric vehicle is used at a loss of electricity, and the shorter the service life of the 48V lithium-ion battery.
2. The vacant time cannot be too long;
It is forbidden to idle for too long, and it is forbidden to store at a loss of electricity. The 48V lithium-ion battery should not be left unused for a long time and not charged, so that the battery will be sulfated and the battery capacity will be greatly reduced.
Three, pay attention to the charging status;
If you find that the light has not been turned after 10 hours of continuous charging, you should stop charging immediately and check whether the temperature of the lithium ion battery is hot. If you are hot, you should send it for repair as soon as possible. If you cannot send it for repair immediately, the total charging time should not exceed 8 hours, otherwise the battery will be damaged due to swelling and deformation.
Fourth, electric vehicles may be exposed to direct sunlight;
In high temperature environment, prevent 48V lithium ion battery from overcharging. In a high temperature environment, the response speed is fast when charging, so try not to charge in a high temperature environment such as direct sunlight.
5. Matters needing attention when storing lithium battery electric vehicles;
When the 48V lithium ion battery is not in use, it should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent high temperature and humidity. Try to prevent riding on rainy days. Even if you are riding, take care to prevent water ingress into the lithium ion battery. Do not knock, acupuncture, step on, modify, or expose the battery to the sun, and do not place the battery in a microwave or high-voltage environment.
