FAQ
Q: Is this battery compatible with my old lithium batteries?
A: To be honest, we don't recommend connecting different brand lithium batteries cause the BMS parameters are different between different lithium batteries.
Q: Can we put different Lithium battery packs in series by ourselves?
A: We usually suggest do not to make the batteries in series by yourself if you do not have experience, this will hurt the cycle life of the pack, but please kindly you can tell us your series or parallel request when samples stage, then we can pair them during the production process, and you can use them directly in parallel or in series after receiving the batteries. But why not use the bigger voltage directly?
Q: How to proceed order with you?
A: Firstly, tell us your requirements (Voltage, capacity, dimension) or application; Secondly, we give you a quotation according to your requirements; Thirdly, the customer confirms the specifications or the samples and makes a deposit for the order; Fourthly, we arrange the sample production.
Q: What's the MOQ limit?
A: There is usually no MOQ for samples orders; For bulk order quantity, the more quantity, the cheaper.
Q: Is the scale of your production?
A: We have 3 production bases, covering an area of 120 square kilometers, including a cell production industrial park, fully automated production equipment configuration, 12 battery assembly lines, with a daily capacity of 1,200,000 cells and 3,000 battery packs.
Q: When will you ship the order?
A: Normally 15~25 working days after receiving your payments, but it can be negotiated based on order QTY and production schedule.
Q: What's the warranty?
A: Almost all our lithium battery pack has 3 years warranty.
