Q: Do you have MOQ for Your Batteries?
A: We want to support our customers without MOQ requests for neutral orders.
Q: How long does the warranty?
A: In general, the time is 36 months.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3 to 4 weeks , mass production time needs 2 ~3 weeks.
Q: Does it come fully charged?
A: No, the MANLY Lithium Battery is charged about 30% SOC (approx. 13.15 Volts) due to the transportation restrictions! Hope it helps.
