A1: yes, we could open a new mould for you, and we promise to refund the mould fee if the quantity reachs 30,0000cells within half a year.
Q2 : what is your guarantee life for the battery ?
A2: 1 year after production date.
Q3: What percent of capacity battery charged when shipment?
A3: Normally 50% or so, because it will be safe when shipping.
Q4: What's your payment terms?
