Q1: Are your battery real capacity?
A1: All of our battery cells with grade A, 100% new, and real capacity. If you need B grade cells, please contact us separately for the price and lead time as well as the discount.
Q2: Can I just try samples for the first order?
A2: Trail order is acceptable. We welcome sample orders to test and check the quality, but we don't provide free samples.
Q3: What about the lead time?
A3: Sample needs 5~7 days, mass production needs 2~4 weeks, It depends on your order quantity.
