A1: YES，you can connect up to ANY of these batteries in parallel. For series, suggest within 4 units.
Q2. Can the BMS be removed and replaced if it breaks? Can the case be opened to replace a bad cell?
A2: YES, the case can be opened to replace the BMS & cells on the guidance of the engineer.
Q3.What warranty do I have？
A3: Warranty: 3 years, we would provide repair or replacement with the warranty period.if any quality problems on our side in this period, Please show us a video or photos to confirm before we sent solution.
Q4. Do you accept OEM/ODM?
