Q: Do you have any sales service?
A: Yes, we do a 3+ Years Warranty for any of our batteries.We keep promise we do full refund for the defective battery.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: There is no MOQ if in stock. If OEM, which depends on the item.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: If it has in the stock, samples need 3~5 days, if not, samples need 20~25working days; mass production will be around 10 ~ 15 working days, it depends on the battery is a normal one or a custom one.
Q: Which certificates do you have?
A: We have UL/CE/FCC/ROHS/UN38.3/MSDS and etc.
