A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Q2: What is your quality control process?
A2: We are certified with ISO-9001, and strictly follow the ISO procedures. We do 100% testing for any of the batteries before the order has been delivered.
Q3: Which certificates do you have?
A3: We have UL/CE/FCC/ROHS/UN38.3/MSDS and etc.
Q4: Could you ship the battery safely?
A4: Of course, we have some well-cooperated forwarders who have much experience in delivering the battery. It could be shipped by door-to-door express, by air, or by the ocean to the airport and port. Also, the customers can use their own forwarders.
Q5: What's the MOQ of your batteries?
A5: According to different voltage and capacity, For a large one, 1 ~ 10 pcs is available.
Q6: What about the lead time for MANLY's battery production?
A6: Sample needs 20 ~ 25 working days if it is a custom one, mass production time needs 15 ~ 20 days after the samples test and confirm.
Q7: How about the warranty time?
A7: Our battery products are with 36 months warranty, 100% replacement for free if a quality problem occurred.
