1. All of our LiFePo4 cells are grade A from our own factory's production bases, you can come here and visit our factory, we promise never to use grade B or C. Meanwhile, all other brand cells are optional if you need (Korean and Japanese brand cells)

Q1: Can we visit the MANLY factory?
A1: Warmly welcome. Our factory is located in Shenzhen, very close to Guangzhou or Hongkong.
Q2: Are your batteries safe?
A3: All of our battery products already passed the over-charge, over-discharge, over-temperature, short circuit, acupuncture, and other safety tests, there is no fire, no explosion at any circumstance.
Q3: Could you print our company LOGO on the nameplate and package?
A3: Yes, we accept OEM orders.
Q4: Do you have samples in current stock?
A4: Usually we do not, because most of our battery products are customized, different customers have different requirements, even the same voltage and capacity, their other parameters may be different.
Q5: How about the delivery time?
A5: Depends on which kind of battery, usually, the delivery time is normally 15-20 working days. Customized battery packs depend on quantity.
A6:24 hours after-service consultancy just for you and to make your problem to solve easily.
Q7: How do you control your lithium battery product quality?
A7: 100% tested in production,100% inspection, and 3 times complete charge-discharge cycles before shipping, all lithium battery products will go through 15 checks.
