Q: Can we visit the Manly Battery factory?
A: Warmly welcome. Our factory is located in Shenzhen, very close to Guangzhou or Hongkong.
Q: Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in series by ourself?
A: Why not use the bigger voltage directly? We usually suggest do not make the batteries in series by yourself if you do not have experience, this will hurt the cycle life of the pack.
Q: Can we get samples for the test?
A: Yes, but free samples are not available at the beginning.
Q: What about the payment?
A: We accept T/T for the large quantities order, and Credit Card and E-checking will be accepted for the small quantities order of battery.
Q: What are the lead time?
A: 7-15 working days if in stock. and 20-30 days for mass production.
