Q: Is this battery compatible with my own batteries?
A: Hello, we do not recommend connecting batteries of different brands since the BMS is different from the battery to the battery.
Q: How do you ship the LiFePo4 battery packs?
A: For sample orders or small battery packs, will be shipped by express like FedEx, UPS, TNT, or special lines, If the whole parcel is over 100KG, will be shipped by air or by sea, sea shipping is cheaper. Please kindly you can tell your nearest airport or seaport name for us to check the best option for your delivery.
Q: Can you accept OEM and ODM services?
A: Yes, we supply OEM&ODM service as customers' requirements.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: There is no MOQ if in stock. If OEM, which depends on the item.
