Q1: What about the lead time?
A1: New design sample needs 25-30 working days, neutral order mass production time needs 15-20 working days. If OEM orders, would be about 20-25days.
Q2 : what is your guarantee life for the battery ?
A2: 3 year after production date.
Q3: What percent of capacity battery charged when shipment?
A3: Normally 50% or so, because it will be safe when shipping.
Q4: How long can I store the battery ?
A4: We suggest to discharge & recharge the battery every 3 months, it can keep battery full capacity & good function.
Q5: Can u ship the battery product to our country ?
A5: Yes, for air & sea shipment, we have MSDS doc to show Airline company & Ocean company when shipment.
Q6: what is your Shipping way ?
A6: We suggest sample & small order to be shipped to destination through our shipper partner who has excellent UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT service. Big order to be shipped by sea .
